<p>NEWS AND INFORMATION AmTopp News:</p><p>September 25, 2006 Two new 9-layer cast film extrusion lines added to Stretch Film Plant</p><p>The new stretch film expansion is moving forward and one new line will be up and running in the fourth quarter of 2006. The second new line is on schedule to be completed in the first quarter of 2007. These two (2) new lines will add 80 million pounds to our current capacity.</p><p>With this new high-speed state of the art equipment, AmTopp has launched two new product lines: LoadStar engineered film and TackMaster premium hand wrap </p><p>LoadStar film is a light gauge engineered machine wrap that is designed to stretch in excess of 300% with superior puncture resistance and an outstanding cling package. Our breakthrough in resin technology combined with state of the art production equipment, allow the LoadStar engineered film's features surpass any other film products in the market from weight ratio to cost savings. The LoadStar engineered film will be the corner stone to AmTopp's future growth in the stretch film market.</p><p>TackMaster premium hand wrap is designed for the competitive market of blown stretch hand film. Blown stretch hand film has unique properties and characteristics, which is not normally associated with cast hand film.
