<p>NAOSH 2015 Video Contest Terms and Conditions</p><p>License: By submitting a Video, Entrant grants ASSE and ASSE‘s separately incorporated chapters an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license in perpetuity to copy, distribute, modify, display and perform publicly, and otherwise use, as well as authorize others to use, the Video, the Entrant’s name and address (city and state) and the names, likenesses, photographs, voices, and images of all persons appearing in the Video for advertising, trade, promotion, and publicity in any medium, without compensation and without notice to you.</p><p>Agreement to Contest Official Rules: Participation in this Contest constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to the Contest Official Rules and ASSE’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. All video entries become the property of ASSE and will not be returned. </p><p>Winner Determination: ASSE’s tabulation of the viewers’ votes is not subject to review or appeal and ASSE’s decision regarding such tabulation is final. Winning entries will be hosted/viewable on the ASSE website throughout the year.</p><p>Tax Liabilities: Entrants who receive prize money will be responsible for satisfying all personal federal, state or local tax liabilities associated with winning a cash prize.</p>
