Richland, WA 99352 DATE TIME Attn: Brandon Black 509/438-2069 Brandon _J_Black @rl.gov MSIN: B8-07 DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT</p><p>Amendment 2 to solicitation 285125 Evaporator Building Heat Exchanger Tube Cleaning Project dated December 28, 2015 adds Section 4.1.1.1 Equipment as follows:</p><p>4.1.1.1 Equipment Offeror shall submit a description of the type of equipment they will be using to perform work in the Statement of Work. The description must also provide explanation of how the equipment will meet the accuracy required in support of the scope. The Offeror shall provide a listing all of the Offeror’s equipment to be utilized to accomplish the work. As part of this submittal, the Offeror shall identify any special handling, maintenance or operational requirements (off- loading, storage, electrical power, etc) that must be provided by WRPS. The Offeror shall also provide a replacement cost for the proposed equipment. The Offeror shall confirm in this section that all proposed equipment meets the requirements as set forth in this Solicitation. </p><p>Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.</p><p>II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AMENDMENT</p><p>Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment in writing, by the date and time specified for proposal submissions or the revised Due Date above (if revised), whichever is later. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE DESIGNATED LOCATION BY THE SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER.
