Therefore, automatically the Place Name, Comment, and House number section should be automatically completed when the questionnaire is opened.</p><p>Press the keyboard picture to open/close the keyboard display. When you have completed the screen the arrow will become white to allow you to move forward. Final 3 digits are the sample number. This will be a unique number with each processed child. By clicking this box you are indicating that the respondent has children living elsewhere.</p><p>The births list will be created after these screens.</p><p>Children who were listed as having left the household or to have died will be added as a “New Birth”.
