Cruise participants will exit the church parking lot at 4:00 PM by turning right onto South Edwards Avenue. Cruisers will tour the Franklin County countryside on the historic Falling Spring Road that features a scenic pastural setting.</p><p>Cruise has been underwritten by a local businessman.
