<p>MeCTA July Organizer’s/Membership Meeting Minutes July 8, 2014, 7 PM Call in 760-569-6000, access code 353263</p><p>Debbie Place Barb Witham Peggy Paine Kathy Shultz Lila Townsend</p><p>Membership Meeting Minutes</p><p>June Minutes  Accepted</p><p>Treasurer’s Report  Balance as of 7/7/2014 7,357.78  Non member fees – if competitors pay 2 non-member fees – they can submit membership form and non member fees will be used for membership fees. Or can use 1st non member fee toward membership. Placings at events prior to becoming member will not count toward year end points. ADD TO NEWS PAGE   Current Snowfields projected expenses $4,536  Peggy will tweak Snowfields budget where possible to lower projected expenses. Updated budget will be represented to the board for approval. </p><p>Membership</p><p> Total membership – 115 members, 127 this time 2013  14 Family memberships – 17 senior, 7 junior  69 Senior members, 22 Junior members</p><p>Omnibus  5 advertisers who purchased full package – ads in omnibus and SF program.  Foxcroft, Bill Bartlett, Springpoint – add ads to website  </p><p>Snowfields  Tracy Dahlgren and Peggy have reviewed all x-c jumps and created list of what needs to happen – repair, removal, touch up, etc.  Priced out boards for repairs.  Stadium jumps will be borrowed from local barns.  Vienna Farm to loan dressage rings  Initial haying was done in June.  Snowfields grounds are fairly dry as of today.  We have 12 working radios </p><p>Website  Lila and Debbie have been cleaning up some issues on the website.  Links for TA tools have been added.  Some minor updates to rules in Omnibus. </p><p>Budget Committee  Snowfields updated budget</p><p>Annual Banquet  Kathy still looking for ideas for entertainment</p><p>New Business  Regional meetings? Should we write up a proposal to provide some amount of money to put together some kind of educational meeting, clinic, etc….  Jim Gornall will come back week before Snowfields. 2 days to Snowfields and Rusty Knees. Suzie Gornall will possibly come with him and will teach lessons. $80 private, $50 for group. Possibly Wed/Thurs 8/6-7.
