I may only use my assigned or personal calculator for in-class tests and work. The TI-84 cannot be checked-out or taken home at anytime. I also understand that if I do not notify the teacher of anything unusual about the calculator when I first receive it each day (batteries missing, damage to calculator) I will be financially responsible for the replacement of the batteries and/or the calculator altogether (~$100 for a replacement TI-84).

Opening the TI-84 battery cover at any time without the teacher’s permission will void this agreement and the student will no longer be allowed to use the calculator.

Please purchase a package of four Duracell AAA Coppertop batteries from a local discount store.
