Palmeri Sent: Tuesday, December 11, 2012 12:16 PM Subject: Webinar Training - Exigis</p><p>As you are aware, the Atlantic County Municipal JIF has opted to utilize an on-line Exposure Data Management System, Exigis, to house the Fund’s exposure data. We are excited to announce that the system will be up and operational in January, 2013. Exigis authorizes two users (data collectors) per Municipality: the Fund Commissioner and the Risk Management Consultant (RMC). However, each of these users (data collectors) has the ability to delegate authority to other users (data collectors). Each Fund Commissioner / RMC only has access to their respective Municipality and will be assigned a unique user ID and password in January.</p><p>We are currently scheduling three (3) webinar training sessions on the Exigis system during the month of January which should last approximately an hour. These are identical training sessions, so you will only need to participate in one. However, should you feel you would like to participate in more than one session, please feel free to participate in multiple sessions. Please feel free to extend this training invite to any potential users (people you can authorize to change and electronically sign off on the Municipality’s exposure data).</p><p>Webinar Sessions: Monday, January 7 @ 1:30pm Friday, January 11 @ 9:30am Tuesday, January 15 @ 10:00am</p><p>Please advise what training session(s) you will be participating in along with any additional participants with their email addresses.
