Done.  Nancy – Cadastral Strategic Plan available now at: https://cms.geoplatform.gov/a16cadastre-home (click on “Theme Strategic Plan” in green banner to download). Done.  Lisa – follow up with NCED regarding federal easement data maintenance; ensure complete replacement following federal data steward submission. Done. o Most efficient and accurate if fed steward maintains “Source_UID” (unique identifier for each easement parcel in the PAD-US format) for crosswalk to NCED UID. o NOTE: PAD-US also includes “Source _PAID” (unique identifier for overall protected area, regardless of parcels, parts in different states, etc.). This field is currently inoperable in PAD-US as unique IDs available in source data do not match the PAD-US schema. . Reliable UIDs are incredibly important to manage “WDPA_Code” (unique identifier necessary to submit US data to the World Database for Protected Areas) and transfer PAD-US attributes rarely maintained by stewards (e.g. GAP Status Code, IUCN Category, Date of Establishment, Public Access).  Lisa – offer to host overview about “Public Access” in PAD-US (incld review opportunities) with folks working on UN Sustainable Development Goals. Done. Lynda will request overview as needed.  All – Update DOI GAC about FLWG activities during next call, was that July 5th?

Schedule next call and set agenda: Wed, Sept 14 th (3-4 EST) – 5 mins

 Automation of BLM lands data for PAD-US – status update, 20 mins (Ryan)  Talk about MC Review tool – LCC review

TOPICS for Future Calls:

 Demo new PAD-US WMS highlighting FLWG data, 15 mins? (Lisa/Mason)  Oct? Review overlaps between fed and other jurisdictions (state, local gov) in PAD-US? (Lisa/Mason)  Which groups need an overview about FLWG and PAD-US? DOI GAC, FGDC?  Inventory Completeness o Review federal lands inventory completeness estimate sheet? Revise format for assessment? o Review list of ‘other’ federal lands for PAD-US or broader fed lands geodatabase (e.g. Depart of Labor, Health and Human Services camps?) Topology management o Census State Boundary Standard o Wildfire, GAP (others?) overlap prioritization when boundaries overlap (Lisa, Andrew) o Suggestions related to SMA topology error corrections to PLSS (Fran) Attributes o BGN presentation re: Unit Name standard (naming conventions) o Discuss Unit Name script development from list of rules? o Unit Type Standard discussion Geospatial Platform o NPS – Geospatial Project Overview (Roger Johnson)
