<p> OHS CONSULTATION STATEMENT</p><p>BUSINESS COMMITMENT CXC Consultants Exchange (Australasia) Pty Ltd is committed to protecting the health and safety of all our members. Injury and illness is needless, costly and preventable. Our company will consult our members in implementing safety practices and systems that will ensure the health, safety and welfare of our members. Members involvement at all levels is critical for ensuring a safe workplace. </p><p>CONSULTATION BY OTHER AGREED ARRANGEMENTS Due to the members working at various client sites, the process of consultation will be conducted by way of email.</p><p>HOW MEMBERS WILL BE CONSULTED ABOUT OHS Members will be consulted about routine OHS matters via regular OHS discussion forums. When an OHS issue is raised outside of these emails, either by the company or a member, the Human Resources department will consult with all members to determine the action to be taken. The item will be entered into the Action Item Log where the person responsible for the action is recorded together with the expected timeframe for action. The Human Resources department will be responsible for following up the action item within the agreed timeframe and reporting the outcome. </p><p>ESTABLISHMENT OF CONSULTATION ARRANGEMENTS As cXc members have substantial flexibility in the time they stay with CXC and work out at client site, CXC has established that this method is the most appropriate and effective means of consultation for contractors. </p><p>REVIEW OF CONSULTATION ARRANGEMENTS It has been agreed by this business, that the OHS consultation arrangement will be monitored and reviewed on an on-going basis to ensure that consultation with all members is effective, and that all safety issues are being addressed.
