Committee Discussion and Selection of Consultant Firm(s) for recommendation</p><p>Motion by Mr. Stuart Buchanan, second by Ms. Betty Moore, to recommend the top four consulting firms, HNTB, Tindale-Oliver, Atkins North America, Inc. and Kittelson and Associates, Inc. to the TPO Governing Board for approval and award of the General Planning Consultant contract. Hearing no objections, the motion passed unanimously.</p><p>The meeting adjourned at 12:33 p.m.</p>
