<p> Job Description: Coordinator of Ford Community Corps at UDM Institute for Leadership and Service – Reports to Director of Service-Learning Non-workstudy position – 17 hours per week – Aug 27, 2018 – May 24, 2019</p><p>Main Role: Serve as the administrative support for the Ford Community Corps Partnerships (FCCP) 85% http://www.udmercy.edu/about/mission-vision/lead-serve/ford-community-corps.php Other Roles: Serve as administrative support for ILS meetings – steering committee / advisory board / curriculum of service sub-committee, and other office affairs if needed – 15%</p><p>Task matrix: FCCP Meetings Other w/ co-directors and committee Communication w/ co-directors, faculty, student leaders, Ford members w/ UDM admins/staff (Emails & meetings) representatives, and UDM admins Disseminate meeting minutes and agendas</p><p>Oversee the work of Faculty-Student teams, Project assist in setting and accomplishing Management benchmarks. Check in with Agency partners.</p><p>Update or create program related documents Update ILS strategic (e.g. brochure, slides, etc.), keep track Compose meeting agenda and Documentation vision, org’l charts, program interest, and maintain and update record minutes etc. replication manuals. Create flyers and press releases, create and Marketing send announcement emails, etc. Reserve meeting locations, print and copy materials, invite attendees, and process Logistics paperwork when needed. Organize and update syllabus, course content, BlackBoard and course events Website Update website content Issue Issue Reimbursements and Payments, Track Finance Reimbursements, Spending, Reconcile Accounts Reconcile Accts Assist ILS research projects (e.g. Service-Learning), Assist ILS events, and investigate possible Service- Other Learning partnerships and innovative and effective improvements for ILS operations.</p><p>Required Core Competencies  Excellent oral and written communication  Excellent organizational and time management skill and ability to meet deadlines.  Self-directive task management including Effective use of technology (Microsoft Office, Facebook, etc.)  Ability to ask questions or conduct independent investigation to better achieve task goals. Desirable Competencies  Passion for Community Engagement.  Basic knowledge of leadership theories and community engagement.  Other computer competencies: (Blackboard, Cascade, Prezi, doodle, surveymonkey)  Skills in data analyses (quantitative and qualitative).
