<p> WHS PROJECT GRADUATION PERMISSION SLIP</p><p>May 2, 2014</p><p>Dear Parents/Guardians:</p><p>Project Graduation for our seniors will take place on Friday, June 20th, 2014 from 10:00 pm to 3:00 am. Students will assemble in the auditorium at 8:30 pm and board the buses to depart for the Woodbridge Community Center by 9:45 pm. We should return to WHS around 3:15 am on Saturday, June 21st, 2014.</p><p>Project Graduation is an event that allows our seniors to celebrate their graduation night together in a fun, supervised, drug and alcohol-free environment. It is an attempt to keep our children safe on one of the most memorable evenings of their lives. This event will be held at the Woodbridge Community Center (WCC). Our students will have the exclusive use of the entire facility* which includes roller skating, ice skating, swimming, basketball, volleyball, table and arcade games; a DJ in the roller rink. In addition, we have booked a photo booth and hypnotist show. They will enjoy unlimited food in the concession area for 3 hours and then breakfast before they leave in the morning. For more information about WCC you can go to: www.njwcc.com .</p><p>The cost of this year’s Project Graduation will be $50.00 per student. Any senior who participated in our fundraising efforts (bagging at Shoprite) will be notified of the total dollars they earned toward Project Graduation. This credit can be deducted from the total cost. </p><p>We need a non-refundable $25.00 deposit on or before Friday, May 9th, 2014. The remaining balance of $25.00 will be due on or before Wednesday, June 4th, 2014. </p><p>Please make checks payable to WHS PTO and deposit in the Project Graduation Box in the main office or mail to Woodbridge High School PTO, 1 Samuel Lupo Way, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
