<p> SITCA AGM Minutes Sun Peaks Grand Hotel and Conference Center – Sun Peaks, BC May 11th / 2017 </p><p>Attendance:</p><p>Board of Directors :</p><p>Dave Spinks (Director) South Area Cruising Specialist (FLNRO) Warren Staff Forsite Consultants Duff Warnock Tolko (Heffley Creek) Christoph Gebauer BCTS – Kootenay Field Office Bruce Sullivan Interfor – Grand Forks Andrew Greschner BCTS – 100 Mile House Field Office</p><p>Also in attendance: Members of SITCA 2017</p><p>Action: Meeting called to order by Dave Spinks at 0850 hrs</p><p>Current Board Members + Election of Board Members</p><p>Current members of the SITCA board of directors introduced themselves.</p><p>Duff Warnock and Christoph Gebauer are starting the second year of their two year term and wish to continue in their roles.</p><p>Dave Spinks, Warren Staff, Andrew Greschner and Bruce Sullivan are at the end of year two of their two year terms.</p><p>Action: Bruce Sullivan is at the end of his two year term and chooses to step down from the board. Action: Dave Spinks puts forth his name for re-nomination. John Armstrong seconds this motion. Dave Spinks is re-elected to the SITCA Board of Directors for another two year term.</p><p>Action: Bruce Sullivan chooses to step down from the Board of Directors.</p><p>Action: Andrew Greschner puts forth his name for re-nomination. Kevin Hill seconds this motion. Andrew Greschner is re-elected to the SITCA Board of Directors for another two year term.</p><p>Action: Warren Staff puts forth his name for re-nomination. Mike Scott seconds this motion. Warren Staff is re-elected to the SITCA Board of Directors for another two year term.</p><p>Action: Dave Spinks advises membership present that the Board of Directors has decided not to perform the nomination and voting during the AGM similar to actions taken in 2016. Members interested in nominating someone (or being nominated themselves) are advised to approach the Board of Directors during the day, email any current board member or to use the instructions on the SITCA website (www.sitca.ca) for nominations.</p><p>Closing</p><p>Action: Dave Spinks adjourns 2017 SITCA AGM at approximately 0905 hrs.</p>
