Handlers with more than one dog in a class will be separated if possible.  All Exhibitors for a given class should be present at ringside at least one-half hour prior to the start of the scheduled classes for walk through and briefing.  Any dog and handler not present when called will be ineligible to run.  All ring conflicts will be handled by the Gate Stewards. </p><p>CHECK-IN ***IF you include a readable photocopy of your dog’s NADAC card (for max height dogs) OR Permanent Jump Height Card, with your entry; you will be automatically checked in. Dogs who require measuring must check in and be measured. Measuring is not optional, if a dog is not measured, it is not eligible to run. So don’t miss your check-in/measure-in time. SKILLED DOGS DO NOT NEED TO BE MEASURED!</p><p>Measure - in: Measure in will be 7:00 - 7:30 am only on Saturday and Sunday. REFUNDS There will be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date or in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. </p><p>A withdrawal from the competition after the closing date due to a bitch coming into season after the closing date will be eligible for a refund up to 75% of the total entry fee paid. </p><p>No entry fee refunded if the trial cannot open or completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire an act of God, public emergency and act of public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee.</p><p>MOVE-UPS Move-ups, changes, or corrections will accept in writing only (or e-mail to [email protected] through May 3, 2010 at 6:00PM. No changes/corrections will be accepted after this date. This includes any changes that need to be made because of incorrect entry on trial secretary’s part. Please read your confirmations carefully prior to May 3, 2010. There will be move-ups from Saturday May 08th to Sunday May 09th. Completed you must sign the move-up book (on site) by 15 minutes after the last run on Saturday to be moved up for Sunday. </p><p>2 IMPORTANT. Please check your dog's NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as soon as you receive it; also, please check the copy of the results posted at the trial. You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately. NADAC records trial results as they are submitted by the host clubs/groups. The individual trial results submitted by the club are uploaded to the files section of the [email protected] list within two weeks after the NADAC office receives them from the club. The trial results will remain on the list for at least thirty (30) days. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the [email protected] list and set your settings to "no mail". You will be able to view trial results and check for any possible discrepancies, without receiving list mail. If you find an error in the reporting of your dog’s qualifying points or registration number, please contact the host club. The host club is responsible for correcting any errors and informing NADAC. Levels. Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the completion of the lower level title, will not be banked by NADAC for future use. If a dog earns points in a level of a class that they are not eligible to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's records. NOTICE TO COMPETITORS This trial will be held under the current rules and regulations of NADAC with Turns “N” Wraps as the sponsoring club. NADAC rules will prevail. Exhibitors through submission of entry acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of NADAC rules and regulations and agree to abide by all the rules in effect at the time of this trial. The trial committee has the right to refuse entry to anyone including anyone not in good standing with NADAC </p><p>DOGS MUST BE REGISTERED AND HAVE A VALID REGISTRATION NUMBER BEFORE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. If an exhibitor has not received a copy of the confirmation within 5 days of the closing date, contact the Trial Secretary.  Please review this confirmation carefully. If there are any changes that need to be made because of incorrect entry on trial secretary’s part, you must notify Trial Secretary prior to May 03rd. Corrections will not be made the day of the show unless they are the fault of the show secretary.</p><p> Checks not honored by the bank DOES NOT constitute a valid entry fee. There will be a $35 service charge for bank returned checks.</p><p> All dogs must be on leash when not competing in the ring. 3  No Alcoholic Beverages allowed on the show site.</p><p> A-frame and Dog walk have rubber surface.</p><p> Ribbons/Coupons will be awarded to first through fourth places in all jump heights in all classes. Ribbons/Coupons awarded for those finishing a title and qualifying Ribbons/Coupons awarded for those achieving a qualifying score. Chances is a pass/fail class therefore no placement rosettes/coupons will be awarded for these classes. </p><p> The sponsoring club will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any exhibitor whether the result is accident or other cause. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in the care and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of fees paid will be made.</p><p>Within 5 days Turns N Wraps will have the results on their website www.turnsnwraps.com Individual results will be emailed out High Point Score will be calculated in each divison We reserve the right to refuse entries</p><p>PROFICIENT / SKILLED CATEGORIES: Each class will be split into two categories, Proficient and Skilled. Skilled Category, dogs MUST jump 4” lower than indicated by the current jump height table. (No dog can jump less than 4”). Dogs entered in the Skilled Category may incur 5 or fewer faults, (course/time) and earn a 5 pt. qualifying round. Proficient category a qualifying round must be clean; no courses faults, no time faults and earn a 10 pt. qualifying round.</p><p>NON-JUMPING CLASSES – VETERAN HANDLER: Handlers aged 60 yrs. or older may opt to enter the non-jumping classes as a Veteran Handler and receive 10% more standard course time. This division is for veteran handlers only. When entering this division, handlers must enter all classes with all of their dogs as a veteran handler.</p><p>Levels: Points earned at a higher level of a class prior to the completion of the lower level title will not be banked by NADAC for future use. There are four Standard Division-Skilled jump heights: 4”, 8”, 12”, and 16” (16” and 16+ are combined together into the 16” group). There are four jump heights for the Veterans and Junior Handler divisions: 4”, 8”, 12”, and 16”. Veterans and Junior Handler dogs may not jump higher than 16”. There is no 4” Standard Division jump height in Proficient; the 4” Proficient height is for veteran dogs/handlers, disabled handlers, and junior handlers only. In the Skilled category, 8” jumping dogs must jump 4” as their standard jump height. No dog may jump lower than 4”.</p><p>4 OVERNIGHT RV PARKING  No hook-ups are available You may park an RV around the outside of the fencing. NO ONE may plug their RV into the electricity for any reason.  Generator must be off between 10:00 pm and 6 am.  Exhibitors will be responsible for cleanup of their parking space. Turn right on FAIN ROAD (across from Prescott Country Club) continue to Hwy 89A, go straight through first red light and continue about 5 miles to Chino Valley/Prescott Airport turn right on Hwy 89, 8 miles to Chino Valley. Perkinsville Rd will be the first Road past Safeway, turn right. Old Home Manor is on the left about 3 miles. It’s a cumulative points series that combines the two Leaps N Bounds shows and the two Turns ‘N’ Wraps to crown a champion in the Vet, Novice, Open and Elite Divisions. Each trial will have their own High in Trial (engraved frames for TnW and trophy cups for LnB) but the overall Arizona High Country Circuit Champion will be named at the Turns N Wraps trial in October. Winners will receive a very cool metal statue of a dog doing the weaves (to be displayed at all trials). You don’t need to participate in all four shows to have a chance at the big prize!
