Please place a “1” in the left column next to the reason that most closely expresses your top reason for involvement. Place a “12” in the left column next to the reason that least closely expresses your reason for involvement. Please then rank-order the reasons, from 1 to 12, according to how strongly they match with your reasons for involvement in GSL.
