<p> DAC Meeting Minutes 9.26.2014 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm Heath McClain’s Meeting called by Melissa Cantrell Classroom Secretary Melissa Cantrell Attendees Melissa Cantrell, Stu Harper, Barb Snapp, Debbie Martin (Absent: Ruth Sigler) Coordinating Assessments Discussion th th  Previous action items reviewed. ASVAB will be given Nov. 14 to 10 -12 at KSD. Stu has obtained the study guide and will give to Soraya. Logistics TBD.  Committee suggested leadership have a master schedule on Wed. to refer to.  Questions were sent to Teaching & Learning committee about ITBS or GRADE in ES, scrimmages and Colonel Mentoring.  Questions were sent to Data committee about what the needed, materials they’d received and how to proceed with delegation of some testing.  Committee completed the BAC responsibilities spreadsheet. All tests and duties have been assigned.  Question for Will: who would you like to administer HS tests? (will be asked at leadership).  Committee briefly discussed administration of tests: extended time, waiting on all to proceed, interpreters vs. teachers administering…etc. Conclusions All members will complete tasks by next meeting. Questions will be shared at Leadership meetings, as needed.</p><p>Action Items Person Responsible Deadline Provide Explore/Plan test results and booklets to Soraya for the data Ruth Sept. 26? room and student binders.</p><p>Get list of CTE majors KSD has offered the past 3 years and this Melissa In year, as well as the specific courses in each major. Soraya progress Track HS courses and majors using transcripts. KOSSA tests will Stu Oct. 31 be based on the spreadsheet. Research if there is any evidence of the time it takes to sign a Debbie Oct. 31 passage vs. time it takes to read a passage. This research would be included in accommodation documentation to justify student extended time.</p>
