Target “alpha dogs” to spread the word among peers about events. Think of a new marketing slogans, CONCLUSIONS etc.</p><p>4 MINUTES T-SHIRT SALES MR.REID</p><p>DISCUSSION Not doing well. We need ways to promote sales. Wear them at the next event (picnic) and have a table set up to sell them ($10). Someone would be in CONCLUSIONS charge of texting us to remind us.</p><p>5 MINUTES TREASURE’S REPORT CLAUDIA</p><p>DISCUSSION Report was unavailable and will be done next meeting. There is about $1000 in account. Mr. Reid suggested for Claudia to keep a log with description since Mr. Reid has checkbook with all checks CONCLUSIONS and reimbursement records. Mr. Reid is looking into an FBAA Credit Card: AMX has a good deal. It is the “plum card”. You get some percentage back for every dollar spent. </p><p>3 MINUTES VICE PRESIDENT “HAND OFF” JERICA/MR. REID Ana is out of town for 2 months. We need possible temporary Vice President candidates as well as DISCUSSION Treasurer. Keep eyes open.</p><p>CONCLUSIONS Possible candidates: Carlos H., Jesus B., Seyla Cortes</p><p>3 MINUTES SAN FRANCISCO REUNION JERICA/MR. REID Finalized date & time: June 12th from 2-7 pm. Location: Eureka (South Dade Area) The event is open or DISCUSSION friends and family of attendees. 1 MINUTE FINAL GARAGE SALE UPDATE MR. REID</p><p>DISCUSSION About $76 profit after everything. </p><p>9 MINUTES FBAA SUMMER EVENTS JERICA/MR. REID Summer Picnic: Location: North Trail Park. We need to make sure to get everything from Mr. Reid before DISCUSSION he leaves. Plan out main details by June to put up information on website. We need an educational aspect to the picnic. We need a date: two options. (1) In July or (2) in August when Mr. Reid is back. </p><p>CONCLUSIONS Purpose: Social and Membership Drive. Same procedure as before “Splash” theme. Possible date: July 17th. Set up at 10 am. Picnic at 12 pm. Possible activity: Icebreaker that is educational and career oriented. A community member would need to head it.
