<p> Greg Ewert</p><p>2005 FCC SATELLITE FORUM Presenters Bios</p><p>Session 4 – Satellite Portability</p><p>Name: Greg Ewert Entity: Iridium Satellite LLC Title: Executive Vice President for Sales, Marketing and Business Development</p><p>Greg Ewert is executive vice president for sales, marketing and business development at Iridium Satellite LLC. The company, which purchased the assets of Iridium LLC, provides cost-effective satellite communications to government and industrial users in remote areas. </p><p>Mr. Ewert brings 19 years of experience at senior-level positions in the global communications industry. Prior to joining Iridium, he served as executive vice president for marketing, sales, product development, business development and customer service for COMSAT International. </p><p>Prior to his two years at COMSAT, Ewert held vice president positions within BCE Teleglobe Communications, ranging from senior vice president of global data services to vice president and general manager of carrier and emerging markets. Before BCE Teleglobe, Ewert worked for Sprint, where he worked his way up from business account manager to president of Sprint International of Canada. </p><p>Ewert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Canisius College, Buffalo, New York.</p>
