<p>Possible Side Effects of Cytarabine (ara-c), Daunorubicin, IT Methotrexate, PEG L-asparaginase, Prednisone, Vincristine (Table Version Date: August 28, 2014) COMMON, SOME MAY BE SERIOUS In 100 people receiving Cytarabine (ara-c), Daunorubicin, IT Methotrexate, PEG L-asparaginase, Prednisone, Vincristine, more than 20 and up to 100 may have:  Blood clot  Rash, hives  Swelling in the rectum which may cause rectal pain  Diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting  Sores in mouth which may cause difficulty swallowing  Anemia which may cause tiredness, or may require blood transfusions  Fever, chills  Hair loss  Pink or red colored urine, sweat, or saliva  Pain, swelling and redness at the site of injection  Numbness and tingling of fingers or toes  Headache, jaw pain and/or muscle pain  Weakness and difficulty walking  Swelling of the body  In children and adolescents: decreased height  Loss of bone tissue  Mood swings, tiredness  Skin changes, acne  High blood pressure which may cause headaches, dizziness, blurred vision  Pain  Increased appetite and weight gain  Weight gain in the belly, face, back and shoulders  Allergic reaction which may cause rash, low blood pressure, wheezing, shortness of breath, swelling of the face or throat</p><p>OCCASIONAL, SOME MAY BE SERIOUS In 100 people receiving Cytarabine (ara-c), Daunorubicin, IT Methotrexate, PEG L-asparaginase, Prednisone, Vincristine, from 4 to 20 may have:  Infection, especially when white blood cell count is low  Bruising, bleeding  Numbness and tingling of the arms and legs  Severe blood infection  Liver damage which may cause yellowing of skin or eyes  Swelling and redness of the eye, drooping eyelids  Damage to the heart which may cause shortness of breath, tiredness  Abnormal heart beat  Chest pain  Dark discoloration of the nail, skin  Loss of nails  Cloudiness of the eye, visual disturbances  Glaucoma  Redness and pain at the site of previous radiation</p><p>Page 1 of 2 OCCASIONAL, SOME MAY BE SERIOUS In 100 people receiving Cytarabine (ara-c), Daunorubicin, IT Methotrexate, PEG L-asparaginase, Prednisone, Vincristine, from 4 to 20 may have:  Cancer of the bone marrow (leukemia) cause by chemotherapy  Hoarseness  Non-healing wound  Diabetes  Damage to the bone which may cause joint pain and loss of motion  Kidney stones  Heartburn  Night sweats</p><p>RARE, AND SERIOUS In 100 people receiving Cytarabine (ara-c), Daunorubicin, IT Methotrexate, PEG L-asparaginase, Prednisone, Vincristine, 3 or fewer may have:  Seizure  Bleeding from sores in the stomach  Broken bones  Damage to the pancreas</p><p>Page 2 of 2</p>
