Unless you hear to the contrary within 10 days your booking is confirmed. So, please note the dates and times of the events you have booked in your diary (and/or keep a copy of your booking form). We will however always send you a reminder email with the meeting details about one week before each event. If you have not heard from us, and you think you have booked, then please contact me to enquire after your booking.</p><p>Cancellation  If you are no longer able to attend an event and you give us two weeks’ notice, we will credit you for the amount of the ticket minus £10 administration charge per ticket.</p><p>Guests Friends may book tickets for a maximum of one guest per event (unless the event description states otherwise).</p>
