<p> INVITATION FOR BID IFB #3363-2 AUTOMOTIVE BUILDING ROOF REPLACEMENT GATEWAY COMMUNITY COLLEGE</p><p>The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is accepting sealed Bids to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for: </p><p>AUTOMOTIVE BUILDING ROOF REPLACEMENT GATEWAY COMMUNITY COLLEGE PROJECT NO. 16.0572 Tear-off existing roof system of approximately 12,660 SF and replace with coated foamed roofing system (per specifications). Work involves removal of existing CSPE roof and associated improvements. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications issued by the MCCCD Facilities Planning and Development Department. The project is estimated at $120,000. Bid documents will be available October 7, 2016.
