<p>Be a Tree/Family Paws Parent Education Scholarship</p><p>Eligibility □ Resident of Louisiana, Alabama, Nebraska or Nunavut □ Meets education and experience requirements as listed in the FPPE application form □ Meets FPPE requirements as determined in personal interview □ Willing to sign FPPE licence agreement □ Willing to review all training materials and meet training and proficiency requirements of FPPE □ Willing to pay $100/year licensing maintenance fee for FPPE program in years subsequent to the scholarship year □ Willing to sign the Be a Tree license agreement □ Willing to review the Be a Tree training webinars</p><p>Scholarship Includes □ Be a Tree teacher kit (value $100) □ 1 Year free membership in Doggone Safe (value $25) □ Access to Be a Tree webinars (value $30) □ Materials and training to become a presenter for the Dogs & Storks and the Dogs and Baby Connection programs from FPPE (value $650) □ 1 Year free license for use of FPPE materials (value $100)</p><p>How to Apply (deadline is May 15, 2013) □ Review the Presenter Inquiry Sheet to see if you qualify □ Fill out the FPPE application form and submit to Jennifer Shryock</p><p>What Happens Next? □ Jennifer Shryock will contact you to schedule an interview if you meet the requirements □ We will send you all the information and products to be successful with the Be a Tree and FPPE products</p>
