Dominion’s plans to build more coal-fired power plants will accelerate global warming, mountain top removal mining, the construction of new transmission lines, and the poisoning of our air and water. Every day, Dominion’s ‘business as usual’ means another mountain is blown up and another community is destroyed in Southwest Virginia.</p><p>There is a better way — invest in smart energy solutions like energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable energy. Dominion can be part of the solution by providing clean energy while protecting people’s health and safety.
