The Council hereby confirms the Mayor’s 16reappointment of Joseph Louis Barrow, Jr. to the Jacksonville 17Economic Development Commission, as provided by Article 24, Charter 18of the City of Jacksonville, for a third full term to expire June 1930, 2009. 20 Section 2.
