<p>April 1, 2015 BOD for the 2015 – 2016 Term</p><p>For purposes of the quorum a minimum of 23 lots must participate in the election of GGHOA BOD.</p><p>We had 26 lots participate in the election and we had a total of 107 votes cast.</p><p>According to our Bylaws the three nominees with the majority of votes cast will be the three board members for the 2015-2016 term.</p><p>Joe Monaco with 24 votes = 22% of votes cast</p><p>Allen Wolfenbarger with 23 votes = 21% of votes cast</p><p>Charles Reinhold with 21 votes = 20% of the votes cast</p><p>Congratulations to our new board members and thank you for your service to our community. </p><p>The other nominees had the following votes:</p><p>Tim McLaughlin with 16 votes = 15% of votes cast</p><p>Chad Paul with 13 votes = 12% of votes cast</p><p>Carolyn Kays with 10 votes = 9% of votes cast</p><p>According to our Bylaws, if for any reason one of the board members cannot fulfil their term commitment, the next nominee with the majority of votes cast will replace their seat on the board for the remainder of the term.</p>
