<p> 2015 IOWA DUCKS UNLIMITED IOWA DUCK STAMP/ IOWA DU SPONSOR PRINT DESIGN ARTIST CONTRACT</p><p>1. Original Original design remains the property of the artist. and shall be returned to the artist upon completion of scanning and printing of the prints.</p><p>2. Publishing Rights All rights to publish the design of the Iowa Duck Stamp are the property of Iowa Ducks Unlimited. The State of Iowa has the right to publish their Duck Stamp with the Iowa Ducks Unlimited design.</p><p>3. Edition Size Ducks Unlimited Sponsor Edition – 1200 Ducks Unlimited Sponsor Edition Artist Proofs - 200 Artist Edition - maximum of 600 total, 10% may be Artist Proofs Image and paper size shall be the same for all editions. Artist shall sign and number all prints in a format provided by Iowa Ducks Unlimited</p><p>4. Image Size 6 ½” x 11” The artist’s original design may be of any size as long as it may be redesigned or cropped to achieve the 6 ½” x 11” image.</p><p>5. Printing Costs Iowa Ducks Unlimited will contract for the printing of all prints. Iowa Ducks Unlimited will pay for the shipping of prints to and from the artist for signing.</p><p>6. Signing and Numbering Artist agrees to personally sign and number all Sponsor Edition and Sponsor Edition Artist Proofs and 100 “signed only” prints as part of this agreement.</p><p>7. Distribution The signed and numbered Sponsor Edition, including the Artist Proofs, shall be delivered to Iowa Ducks Unlimited by February 1, 2016. Artist Edition prints may be distributed at the pleasure of the artist.</p><p>8. Availability of the original image.
