Recently we’ve been given the opportunity to transition out of being a portable church and into our first permanent facility. To make this happen, we are needing to raise $200,000.00 for construction, hard goods and all that goes with a project of this nature.</p><p>One of the things I love about our church is our commitment and presence in our community. Several years ago, we started our Not for Profit foundation called Revive, which serves both locally and internationally by assisting communities in need. Below is some of what Reveal / Revive has accomplished in our efforts to move the church out of a building and into the community. </p><p>Partners with Valley View Foodbank; purchase and distribution of thousands of pounds of food At the request of the El Mirage Fire Department; paint addresses on curbs in front of homes to reduce emergency response time Purchase and distribution of fire detectors Paint numerous homes in El Mirage - providing both the paint and labor Back To School Events; Over 600 backpacks given away to local students Home repairs for the elderly and families in need Park beautification; Purchase and installation of over 100 tons of rock, sand for volleyball courts, countless plants and trees Members of CUP – Community Uplift Program Paint and landscape the El Mirage library and city courthouse Establish Resource Rooms in seven of the Title 1 schools in our community. These rooms provide food, clothing, hygiene items, and school supplies for the schools to use at their discretion. Countless Thanksgiving food boxes, Christmas gifts, bicycles, gift cards, and more for students in the schools we support Construct planters in the El Mirage Community Garden Maintenance, cleaning and refurbishing local schools Purchase and plant trees at local schools Partners with the Clothing Shop in El Mirage; Paint the exterior along with other needed repairs Paint over graffiti for local businesses Landscape for homeowners in El Mirage and Surprise Paint the interior and exterior of the Dysart Community Center Renovate the rec room at the Dysart Community Center Provide Frys and Walmart gift cards to struggling families in our community International Outreach in India: - Teach women and children English and needed computer skills - Angel Tree projects providing food, clothing and toys for over 100 children in the community we support - Opened our first school in New Delhi, India in November 2016 - Provide medical teams for healthcare in the slums of New Delhi </p><p>As you can see, we’ve been hard at work.
