<p> BUYER'S CONFIRMING AFFIDAVIT “EXHIBIT F”</p><p>As part of the application to receive a Mortgage Loan from the Lender to finance the purchase of a single family residence, whereby such Mortgage Loan will be offered for sale to the Nevada Housing Division (the "Division"), the undersigned hereby swears under penalty of perjury that the following are true:</p><p> l. The undersigned has heretofore executed a Buyer's Affidavit, dated , 20 (the "Preliminary Affidavit"), in connection with the undersigned's application to receive a Mortgage Loan from the Participating Lending Institution.</p><p>2. The undersigned have reviewed the Preliminary Affidavit referenced in paragraph 1 above and from the date of the Preliminary Affidavit through the date hereof, no changes in the assertions contained in the Preliminary Affidavit have occurred, and the assertions contained in the Preliminary Affidavit remain true and correct from the date thereof through the date hereof.</p><p>3. The undersigned has as of this date received a Nevada Housing Division Recapture Notice, has read the same, is aware of its contents, and acknowledges that a sale or other disposition of the Residence within nine (9) years from the date the Residence was purchased may result in increased federal income tax liability for the year of sale.
