<p> Brant Masters, Past Masters and Warden's Association Thursday March 16, 2017</p><p>President WB Allan Durnford welcomed all to Onondaga Lodge No. 519 and called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.</p><p>Regrets; None</p><p>The minutes of the Jan. 19th meeting were read and with one error, sale of key light profit to go to the Past DDGM's charity, Juvenile diabetes, they were moved for adoption by WB Don Wolan, seconded by VWB John Mitchell and carried.</p><p>Committee Reports; Regalia; VWB Fred Topp reported that he had received the new DDGM and Grand Steward Jewels, for 2017 and ordered the aprons and cases from B Allan Hall, at an estimated cost of $850.00, he then moved that the cost be paid, seconded by RWB Fred Sebring and carried.</p><p>Social; WB Durnford reported a grand total profit of $.10</p><p>District Communications; It was confirmed that RWB Albert Devereux would be looking after postings on the Brant Masonic Web Site. WB Hodgson reported that WB Kieran Reed had informed him that no changes were planned for the Brant Web Site, this rumour was quickly challenged and it was confirmed that a team was necessary to work on a new Site, Mike would talk to Kieran again.</p><p>District Hospitality Room; WB Hodgson informed the members that the room was booked, just needed to set dates. WB Dean Bauer offered his assistance with the hospitality room.</p><p>Treasurer's Report; WB Paul Johnson moved for payment of $169.89 for the 2017 Grand Lodge Officer jewels, seconded by VWB Topp and carried. WB Johnson then moved for the adoption of the Treasurer's report, seconded by VW Topp and carried.</p><p>New Business; RWB Don Elliott moved that the annual assessment remain the same and that the secretary send out the necessary letter to all lodges requesting same, seconded by RWB Devereux and carried. President WB Durnford informed the members of the Grand Lodge Certificate of RWB Gavin Angus, had been purchased at a garage sale and recommended that it be placed in the District Display Case for the remainder of the year, then presented to St. Johns 82 for display in their lodge. WB James Schmidt spoke on the upcoming 150th Anniversary of Scotland Lodge No. 193 on June 24th, 2017 and went over the necessary information required by the committee. Bro. Secretary informed him that the Brant Display Case would be delivered, just needed a time and date. It was recommended that the committee contact B Luc Bertran for MC. The following nominations were received for upcoming DDGM, WB Michel Hodgson - 2017-18, WB Kenneth Lovett - 2018-19. WB Allan Durnford added his name, as an alternate candidate. </p><p>Having no further business, the meeting was called for adjournment by RWB Elliott.</p>
