<p>Partners Promotion for Security - Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) 1. ELIGIBILITY: The Cisco Voyage of Victory program ("Program") for account managers of partners is a partner (“Partner”) promotion/contest for selling Cisco Security Products (“Participating Product”) and is open to all the account managers from partners who fulfill the criteria listed below: a. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries shall be void where prohibited by law. Employees of Cisco Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates and entities engaged in the development, distribution and implementation of this promotion and the immediate families (parent, child, siblings, spouse) and members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to enter and / or win a prize at Cisco's discretion. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. All Participants/Entrants are responsible for compliance with any contractual limitations and / or office policies, if any, regarding participation or prize acceptance in the program. c. The Entrant will be responsible for adhering to all applicable employer policies and rules, including those on participation in incentive programs and receipt of rewards / incentives.</p><p>3. Partners must provide contact details of an executive level contact (VP or above) of the employer organization. This email will be used to notify the VP of their employee participation in this Program and in the event a Partner employee is chosen for the reward, then, an email will be sent across to the designated person (with a notification to team) with a recommendation that the reward be distributed by it to the identified Partner employee. The Program is a quarterly promotion and rewards will be based on valid orders booking reported by Partners. SPONSOR: The Program is promoted by Cisco Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd, (the "Sponsor"), located at Brigade South Parade, No. 10, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Bangalore - 01. 1. Only account managers from partners who are ‘Registered Partners’ of Cisco are eligible to participate in this Program and the reward as applicable. </p><p> e) Participating Products shall not be returned by Partners at any time during or after the Promotion Period.</p><p>PROMOTION PERIOD: The Program begins at 9.00 am India Standard Time on -----Oct 29th 2013 and is open until 5.30 pm 30 Jan 2014 ("Promotion Period") on orders billed for the Participating Products classified by Cisco under Security Products during the Promotion Period. All Entries (defined below) must be received within the Program Period. On the date of filing the Claim, all eligibility criteria should be met. Any Claims from Entrants not fulfilling the criteria shall be disqualified.</p><p>5. ENTRY: Entries received after the Promotion Period shall be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the Partner entity of the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. 6. FOR PARTICIPANTS:  All prizes (Holiday package, Home theatre & IPAD mini) will be non- transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  All contestants must have valid passports. Invalid passports will disqualify them from claiming their reward and the same will not be transferable to any other employee or family member of the winner  The winners (02 nos.) will get 4 nights & 5 days’ holiday package to Australia that includes return Air Tickets from Delhi\Mumbai and hotel accommodation at the destination selected and paid for by Cisco. All expenses personal in nature are to be borne by the traveler himself.  Final results of the winning entries along with details may be used in the Sponsor’s marketing activity materials etc. The winner shall not be entitled to claim any compensation should his/her name be used by the Sponsor in marketing activities including marketing materials.  The Sponsor reserves the right to offer alternative prizes without assigning any reason whatsoever. The Sponsor also reserves the right to add, modify, change, improve, or discontinue the Contest, including any term, with or without notice. In this event, the Sponsor's liability is limited to, as its option: (i) the replacement of the prize or the supply of an equivalent prize; (ii) the repair of the prize; or (iii) the payment, if it does not contravene any law, of the cost of the replacement, supply or repairs.LIABILITY</p><p>12.
