Meeting opened at 4:25 pm</p><p>2. Revisions and discussion on Articles II, III and Appendix I.</p><p>3. Discussion planning an Executive Session. Regular Meeting scheduled for 5pm 1/15/13 changed to begin at 4pm and be replaced by an Executive/Deliberative Session with Ex-Officio Susan Haughwout and Town Manager Scott Murphy present if possible, to discuss assisting the Selectboard in the evaluation of a Town Employee. </p><p>4.
