<p> Texas Association for Developmental Education - TADE</p><p>Scholarship Awards Application</p><p>Instructions: TADE Scholarship Awards are available to members who are currently working or researching in the fields of developmental education and/or learning support. A full description of each award requirement may be found at www.CASP-Texas.com. Applications are due as published to the TADE Members and CASP Listserv. </p><p>Complete the form, and at the bottom of this form, copy and paste a brief letter of recommendation from your immediate supervisor or major professor confirming your institutional position (i.e. full-time or adjunct professor, learning center tutor, full-time graduate student, etc.) and recommending you for the scholarship. Next, insert or attach a high quality photo that is suitable for publicity purposes.</p><p>You may apply for one or more scholarships using this form, but only one scholarship will be awarded to an individual per year. Awards will be announced at the annual CASP Conference and in the conference newsletter. Award winners must commit to report back to the TxCRLA membership by a brief newsletter essay, webpage article, or conference presentation.</p><p>Fill in all the spaces in this application form.
