<p> 1</p><p>1 07-941.tif Introduced by the Council President at the request of the 2Mayor: 3 4</p><p>5 ORDINANCE 2007-941 6 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $23,300 FROM THE 7 AUTUMN BOND PARK CONTINGENCY/RESERVES FUND TO 8 THE ARCHIE DICKINSON PARK PROJECT, IN COUNCIL 9 DISTRICT 2, TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR A CHANGE 10 ORDER FOR DESIGN SERVICES, INCLUDING TWO (2) 11 SANITARY SEWER PUMP STATIONS, STORM WATER 12 OUTFALL, CUSTOM SKATE PARK AND DESIGN CHANGES, 13 AS INITIATED BY B.T. 07-182; PROVIDING A 14 CARRYOVER OF FUNDS TO FISCAL YEAR 2007-2008; 15 AMENDING THE 2006-2011 FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL 16 IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM APPROVED BY ORDINANCE 17 2006-789-E TO INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THE 18 PROJECT ENTITLED “ARCHIE DICKINSON PARK”; 19 PROVIDING FOR CITY OVERSIGHT BY THE DEPARTMENT 20 OF PARKS, RECREATION, ENTERTAINMENT AND 21 CONSERVATION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 22</p><p>23 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Jacksonville: 24 Section 1. Appropriation. For the 2006-2007 fiscal year, 25within the City’s budget, there are hereby appropriated the 26indicated sum(s) from the account(s) listed in subsection (a) to 27the account(s) listed in subsection (b): 28(See B.T. 07-182 attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated 29herein by this reference) 2 1 (a) Appropriated from: 2 See B.T. 07-182 $23,300.00 3</p><p>4 (b) Appropriated to: 5 See B.T. 07-182 $23,300.00 6 Section 2. Carryover. The funds appropriated in this 7ordinance shall not lapse but shall carryover to fiscal year 2007- 82008. 9 Section 3. Purpose. The purpose of the 10appropriation in Section 1 is to provide funding for a change order 11for design services, including two (2) sanitary sewer pump 12stations, storm water outfall, custom skate park and design 13changes, for Archie Dickinson Park. 14 Section 4. CIP Amendment. Ordinance 2006-789-E, being the 152006-2011 Five-Year Capital Improvement Program for the City and 16certain of its independent agencies, is hereby amended to increase 17the scope of the project entitled “Archie Dickinson Park”. This 18project is more fully described on Exhibit 2, which is attached 19hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. This ordinance 20shall constitute an amendment to Ordinance 2006-789-E. In all 21other respects, the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program approved 22by Ordinance 2006-789-E shall continue in full force and effect. 23 Section 5. Oversight Department. The Department of 24Parks, Recreation, Entertainment and Conservation shall oversee the 25project described herein. 26 Section 6. Effective Date.
