<p>ANNEX</p><p>Bios of Teaching Artists</p><p>Tang Shu-wing</p><p>Tang Shu-wing is one of the most talented theatre directors in Hong Kong. Well known for his distinctively minimalist and physical approach, Tang has acted in and directed numerous acclaimed productions in Hong Kong and abroad. He is currently the Dean of Drama at the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts.</p><p>Tang founded and has been the Artistic Director of No Man's Land since 1997. His works, ranging from classical to modern multi-media productions, have been presented in many different cities and festivals including the Tashkent International Theatre Festival, Macau Arts Festival, Hong Kong Arts Festival, Singapore Chinese Arts Festival.</p><p>Danny Yung</p><p>Danny Yung founded avant-garde arts collective Zuni Icosahedron in1982, and remains its artistic director. He has been involved in over 100 theatrical productions as director, scriptwriter, producer and stage designer, and his shows have been staged in many countries, including Japan, Taiwan, Belgium, Germany, England and the United States.</p><p>Yung is a prominent member of the international arts community. In addition to being a founder member of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council and the first chairperson of its Arts Education Committee, Yung has initiated several important arts networks in Asia such as Asia Arts Net, Chinese City to City Cultural Forum and Asia Pacific Performing Arts Network. In 2002, he co-organized World Culture Forum, and became Vice-president in 2003. Yung has also collaborated with UNESCO in initiating Arts in Education Observatory and the Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage, and is one of the founders of the HKICC Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity.</p><p>Olivia Yan</p><p>Olivia Yan (Chen Yung-Pei) is a Hong Kong theatre director, actor and drama teacher and is one of few established female theatre practitioners. She is the co-founder of PIP School, where she concentrates mainly on developmental theatre work. Yan has received a number of prestigious awards, including the Hong Kong Drama Awards for Best Supporting Actress in 2000 and Best Actress in 2006, and the Hong Kong Arts Development Council’s Artist Award (Drama) in 2003.</p><p>Lang Zhu Yun</p><p>Lang Zhu Yun has been involved in various aspects of the Taiwanese arts and entertainment industry since her graduation from the National Institute of the Arts (now known as National Taipei University of the Arts). She is the founder of Chun Wo Theatre, which aims to enhance the standard of Taiwan’s art performances through arts development classes and training camps with teaching artists. Lang has been nominated for several Golden Bell Awards for her acting and production prowess. She regularly sits on the judging panel of prestigious competitions such as the Golden Horse Awards and Golden Bell Awards.</p>
