<p> AIRCRAFT RENTAL REQUIREMENTS</p><p>AIRCRAFT CHECKOUTS All Aircraft Checkouts will require completion of a Ground Review Checklist, for which you may use the POH, and Sign-Off by an Aviation Adventures Instructor.</p><p>RESTRICTIONS  Flight Restricted to 500 Nautical Miles if not Instrument Rated, Instrument Current & AvAd Instrument Checkout (AvAd IPC Counts as Instrument Checkout).  Night Flight Restricted to 300 Nautical Miles if not Instrument Rated, Instrument Current & AvAd Instrument Checkout (AvAd IPC Counts as Instrument Checkout).  Flight Restricted to VFR if no Instrument Checkout or AvAd IPC  3 Take-Offs and Landings in Last 90 days required to fly as PIC at night (Between 1 Hour After Sunset to 1 Hour Before Sunrise). The below listed minimums are minimums and do not imply or guarantee a sign-off at the completion of the specified times.</p><p>AIRCRAFT TYPE PIC MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIREMENTS</p><p>Single Engine Fixed Gear Student (With Solo Endorsement) or Better</p><p>Private Pilot 100 Total Hours Single Engine Retractable 25 Hours Retractable Gear AND 3 Hours in Type Gear or 10 AvAd RG Dual (At least 3 in Type) GPS Checkout as Appropriate Multi Engine Instrument Rating 350 Total Hours AND 50 Multi Engine Hours AND 10 Hours in Type Multi Engine or 500 Total Hours AND 100 Multi Engine Hours AND 5 Hours in Type GNS 430 Check-Out as Appropriate Private Pilot with Instrument Rating Checked out with Cessna Certified Flight Instructor 500 Total Hours with 100 High Performance Hours AND 8 Hours in Cessna 400 make/model or 350 Total Hours with 50 G-1000 Hours, 25 High Performance AND 8 Hours in make/model </p><p>RECURRENCY </p><p>If < 400 Total Hours AND Flight in AvAd Aircraft in last 90 Days No Instrument Rating If > 400 Total Hours OR Flight in AvAd Aircraft in last 120 days Instrument Rating All Recurrency Flight or AvAd Flight Review each year in most complex Aircraft</p>
