<p>Meeting Minutes MECTA Captain’s Meeting 5/17/16 - UNUM, 5:30 PM</p><p>In attendance: Mike Martin – UNUM Lyndee Whitten – IDEXX Shelby Kaplan – UNUM Anita Tomascak – Cancer Specialists Dan Frey – OA-Spectrum</p><p>Current Agenda Items:</p><p> This Sunday’s 5K and Thrower’s Meet – Need Volunteers  Shelby went down through the list of responsibilities and who we have so far.  Volunteers to arrive at 7:30. 5K starts at 9, Throwers Meet starts at 10.  Team roster’s need to be submitted before Sunday’s meet  By Saturday night at 8PM.  Reschedule Bowl-a-Thon  Not really advertised, not ready for it tomorrow. Postponed! Will try for June 15 (or possibly June 22).  Need meet location for 7/13 (Wednesday)  Bath Rec charges $150 per hr for first two hours, $50 per hr thereafter.  Shelby asked Tom to reach out to Windham.  If South Portland is available, let’s go with that (over having to pay)  The meet schedule is solid, other than location for 7/13.</p><p>Other Business:</p><p> $5 fee per participant – Shelby has been getting questions. Due at end of the season, to be collected by team captains.  Mike gave an update on team dues… several teams confirmed that checks on the way.  Discussed swag for the 5k. Keychains, ice packs, water bottles, items to pack gift bags. Dan and Shelby have stuff to bring.  Shelby is printing and bringing maps, and will also have the waiver forms for teams to sign.  Note: the waiver is also set up electronically. Who receives the submissions? Shelby will check with Andrew. </p><p>Next meeting won’t be until the fall. </p>
