(090116-1) The Town of Houlton ordains that Chapter 7 General Assistance Appendix A, C, and D dated October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016 of the Houlton Code be replaced with General Assistance Appendix A, C, and D dated October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017. (Note: The document in its entirety is available at the Town Office during normal business hours.) Appendix A – Total Monthly Allowed GA Maximums Appendix C – Housing Maximums Appendix D – Utilities (Introduction)</p><p>B. (090116-2) The Town of Houlton ordains that the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance enacted on July 20, 2009, be replaced with the updated Shoreland Zoning Ordinance as mandated by the State. (Note: Document in its entirety available for review at the Town Office during normal business hours.) (Introduction)</p><p>C. (090116-3) Council appoints Town Manager Butch Asselin as the official voting delegate for the Town of Houlton at the Maine Municipal Association Annual Business Meeting October 5, 2016.</p><p>D. (090116-4) Council approves execution of the application to the Department of Public Safety by Robert Lawless/Kathryn Harnish d/b/a The Vault Restaurant to amend their liquor license privileges from selling beer and wine to also include liquor. (Public Hearing)</p><p>E. (090116-5) Council accepts the proposal from SVN/The Urbanek Group of Portland, Maine, for commercial real estate brokerage and marketing services to sell the Visitor Information Center as outlined in the scope of services.
