<p> AIG Resource Placement Criteria</p><p>3 rd -5 th Grade Multiple Placement Criteria for SOAR Program: Pathway I-IG 98%ile National Normed Test Composite Score Pathway II-AIG Must have all of the following *Aptitude: 95%ile nationally normed test composite score OR 90%ile subtest (V or Q partial composite) *Achievement: 93rd percentile EOG or standardized achievement test in Reading and/or Math *Performance: 90%ile average reading or math OR teacher recommendation Pathway III-AIG Must have all of the following *Aptitude 93%ile nationally normed test composite score OR 90%ile subtest (V or Q partial composite) *Achievement: 93%ile EOG or standardized achievement test in Reading and/or Math *Performance: 90% average reading or math OR portfolio and teacher recommendation</p><p>6 th - 8 th Placement Criteria – English/Language Arts (for new nominations) Previously identified CCS AIG Reading students with 85+ in 5th grade reading OR Must have all 3 out of 4 of the following:  EOY Average of 85+ in Reading or E/LA from previous year  93rd percentile or above on standardized aptitude test  Reading EOG Score (or nationally normed achievement test) of 90th percentile or above  Teacher Recommendation</p><p>6 th Grade AMPs: Previously identified CCS AIG math students with 85+ in 5th grade math OR Must have 4 of the following:  93rd percentile on standardized aptitude test  EOG Math Score (or nationally normed achievement test) of 90th percentile or above  5th grade EOG Reading Score (or nationally normed achievement test) of 76th percentile  Grade of 85+ in math at the end of the year  Teacher recommendation</p><p>7 th Grade AMPs: Must have 4 of the following:  6th grade Regular Math grade of 85+ at end of year  Orleans Hanna Algebra Prognosis Test score of at least 77th percentile  6th grade EOG Math scale score or (or nationally normed achievement test) of 90th percentile  6th grade EOG Reading Score (or nationally normed achievement test) of 79th percentile  Teacher recommendation</p><p>8 th Grade Algebra 1: Must have 4 of the following:  7th grade AMPs grade of 85+ at end of year  Iowa Algebra Aptitude score of at least 77th percentile  7th grade EOG Math Scale Score (or nationally normed achievement test) of 90th percentile  7th Grade EOG Reading Score (or nationally normed achievement test) of 78th percentile  Teacher Recommendation </p><p>ES Section 1, Page 5 MS Section 1, Page 6</p><p>June 2014</p>
