<p>7.30.14 Meeting Minutes</p><p>Members Present: Jearl Ledbetter, Tony Sykes, Jennifer White, Roger Jeffers, Danny Lumbreras, David Hall, Mike Springfield, Dale Warnken, Ken Patton, Rick Lucas, Ashley Treat, Randal Anders</p><p>Meeting called to order @ 6:01 by Jearl</p><p>Approve 6.11.14 Minutes Dale/Ashley Unanimous</p><p>THSBOA fall meeting – Tony State certification trainers will be Geoff Siebel and David Hall. They will attend THSBOA training August 16 & 17. They have also asked for a person to present an overview of our training program. </p><p>Camp financial report and proceeds – Ken/Rick</p><p>Income Expenses PAC 2106 Shirts 595.05 Registrations 2730 Food 297.57 Supplies 158.92 Ref fees 220 Speaker 100 4836 minus 1371.54 equal 3464.46</p><p>Allocation of $1500 seed money set aside for net year’s camp. Randal/Dale Unanimous Honorarium $350 will be paid to Ken Patton. </p><p>Rick presented a July 30, 2014 Financial report. Dale/David moved to accept. Unanimous</p><p>David/Danny moved to establish an Executive Committee of the three Presidents and Secretary. Dale/Ashley moved to accept. This action was immediately rescinded to keep compliance with the Constitution and the openness of the Board.</p><p>Travel Policy – Rick presented a detailed plan that incorporates the policies that the State uses. Dale/Mike moved to accept. Unanimous</p><p>State Tournament Tickets – Rick Tickets will be purchased for the two Secretaries for the Tournament and none to give out since it moved to San Antonio.</p><p>Membership – Roger Has not applied for membership as of this meeting date. Membership and schools we service – Roger 290 and is notifying Lockhart and Smithville that we will not be able to cover them this year. Training – David/Dale Kronebush schedule Trainers Wand schedule Wed Trainees Seibel schedule Mon Trainees?</p><p>Rankings – Rick/Jearl Dale/David moved to accept Rankings and allow those with concern to follow process. Unanimous</p><p>Everett Hall was overpaid by Elgin ISD $620 and has not reimbursed the school. Roger/Jennifer moved to not accept his application if he applies.
