<p>WEB DISCOVERIES LEVEL 1 UNITS 7-9: GOING GREEN</p><p>Do this activity and - practise your listening - watch two videos about saving energy at home - learn new vocabulary </p><p> INTRODUCTION By changing our habits a little bit we can save energy and at the same time keep our planet clean. National Geographic gives us some examples of usual acts with which we can help preserve the environment and give our home a green makeover. Now we can go green!</p><p> INSTRUCTIONS:</p><p>1 - Answer the questions. Print out this page to hand in or email it to your teacher.</p><p>2 - Search the NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC ENVIRONMENT VIDEO. Click on "Going Green" on the left menu, and then on "Green Home Makeover" on the same menu. There are six videos on the right hand menu.</p><p>3 - Click on “Bathroom” to watch the first video. You don’t need to understand all the words. Use The Richmond Electronic dictionary.</p><p>4 - Take the BATHROOM quiz.</p><p>5 - Click on “Living Room” to watch the second video. You don’t need to understand all the words.
