Elder Law Attorney, Mark R. Caldwell, who practices Probate, Trusts, Estates & Guardianship Law at Burdette & Rice, PLLC in Dallas, and the Honorable Brenda Hull Thompson, Judge of Dallas County Probate Court #1 will present and examine evidentiary issues in probate law.
