<p>Mr. Zientara created and leads the Business Intelligence and Analytics team for Claims at Amica. He is responsible for defining and executing Amica's Claims Business Intelligence strategy and supporting over 1100 users. He works directly with senior management to leverage analytics for business optimization and critical decision making. </p><p>Mr. Zientara's career includes over 20 years of experience with Property & Casualty insurance. He joined Amica as a field Claims Adjuster, moved to IT as a Business Analyst, and then became the lead Guidewire ClaimCenter developer. Nine years ago he moved back to Claims to modernize reporting and analytics by replacing the existing mainframe reports with modern analytics tools.</p><p>Mr. Zientara's team prioritizes requirements, evaluates technologies, and develops reports and models using MicroStrategy, SAS, SQL, and other tools. The Claims Business Intelligence area’s mission is to provide current, comprehensive, and accurate information empowering Amica to make the best business decisions possible.</p>
