<p> April 2017</p><p>Medicinal Chemists</p><p>Cyclofluidic is recruiting experienced medicinal chemists to join its team, drive collaborator discovery projects and make innovative contributions to the development of the Cyclops™ make-and-screen integrated platform for drug discovery.</p><p>Cyclofluidic is an exciting technology enabled company, improving the efficiency of drug discovery through the integration of chemistry and biology. We are now seeking a skilled medicinal chemist to join our expanding team. Reporting to the Head of Medicinal Chemistry the successful candidate will work in a highly multidisciplinary environment where first class practical skills and a desire to make things happen will contribute to the rapid progression of projects. The role requires a highly productive and laboratory-focused medicinal or synthetic organic chemist with an interest in technology especially applied to improving the efficiency of discovery.. You will combine excellent knowledge of both medicinal and synthetic organic chemistry with great problem solving skills and hands on experience of a wide range of laboratory and analytical techniques.</p><p>The successful candidate will have a degree or PhD in chemistry or medicinal chemistry (or equivalent experience), coupled with a number of years industrial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors. You will have demonstrated the ability to work both independently and in a team, and possess the flexibility required for success in a small company.
