Please address the following questions in your nomination: 1. What sort of obstacles did the nominee encounter and overcome during construction? 2. What were his or her approaches to solving specific problems? 3. Did the candidate meet construction deadlines? 4. Beyond managing construction, how did the candidate support and/or cooperate with marketing efforts? (Completion of sales/model areas on time, meeting delivery dates, response to requests for changes and custom features, etc.) 5. In what ways did the candidate distinguish him/her self as a manager? 6. What were some of your candidates other responsibilities and professional achievements? 7. Is the candidate involved in building industry activities? What are his/her specific contributions to the home building industry? 8. What level of personal and professional growth did your candidate achieve during the past year?</p><p>Eligibility All nominees must an HBA of Bucks/Montgomery Member in good standing and at least one employee of the nominating company or nominee’s company must be a member of the Sales & Marketing Council. All decisions of the Pinnacle Awards committee with respect to eligibility are final.</p><p>Entries All entries must be submitted in the official Pinnacle Award binders, which must be picked up at the HBA Office. Any entry not submitted in this binder will be disqualified.</p><p>Submit a separate entry form for each nominee entered. Forms and submission requirements can be downloaded from the HBA Web site at www.hbahomes.com (click on PINNACLE AWARDS). </p><p>Submit One CD-ROM per nominee that contains a digital photo or include a color photograph (5”x7” or larger) of each nominee. CD-ROMs must be formatted for PC. Please label with “Construction Grand Award”, Superintendent or Project Manager of the Year, and the name of the entrant. Include all materials with Entry Fee of $150 for each entry payable to the HBA of Bucks/Montgomery Counties. Entries become the property of the HBA and will not be returned. Entries must be 100% complete when received. Only entries received at HBA of Bucks/Montgomery Counties, 721 Dresher Road, Suite 1200, Horsham, PA 19044 by 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 16, 2009 will be considered. NO EXCEPTIONS.</p><p>Judging Each nominee will be judged on his/her merits by a panel of qualified judges who are recognized for their expertise in the homebuilding industry. Builders, Realtors, Architects, Merchandisers and Advertising Executives from outside our market area, without conflict of interest, will participate as judges. Judges evaluate each nominee on their own merits.
