<p> WAGLAC Meeting  February 17-18 , 2009 San Diego, California</p><p>Meeting Information:</p><p>The CWAG WAGLAC Group (Western Attorneys General Litigation Action Committee) meets on a quarterly basis to cover the most up-to-date litigation and issues facing the Western States. The Winter WAGLAC meeting will be held on February 17-18, 2009 at THE WESTIN Horton Plaza, San Diego, California. </p><p>Program Development: Agenda Available </p><p>The WAGLAC agenda is currently under development. It will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17 and will end at 5 p.m. and a group dinner is planned. On Thursday, February 18, the meeting will be from 8:00 -5:00 pm and include breakfast, lunch. CWAG has a block of rooms reserved at $225.00 plus tax of 12.565% per night. Make sure you mention you are with the Conference of Western Attorneys General to get the discounted rate. When calling for reservations a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax are required with a major credit card to guarantee the reservation. Please confirm your length of stay and departure date with the hotel upon check-in. After completing the hotel check-in, there will be a $75.00 early departure fee if guests check-out prior to their scheduled departure day. There are several transportation options available from San Diego International Airport to THE WESTIN Horton Plaza San Diego. From the airport baggage claim area use the courtesy phone to call for the Express Shuttle Service to the hotel. The Express Shuttle cost is $7 one way, runs continuously and reservations are not required. There is also taxi service available to the hotel and cost approximately $12 one-way. If you choose to rent a car, the airport has most car rental agencies available such as Alamo, Avis, Hertz, National and Thrifty. They are all located near the baggage claim area of Terminal 1 & 2.
