<p> Pi Beta Phi Educational Foundation Women’s Scholarship 2014 Application Form Page 1</p><p>The scholarship is for women undergraduate students at the University of Kansas. Applicants do not have to be a member of a sorority. It may be renewed (with committee approval) if the original criteria continue to be met. Criteria might include, but are not limited to, graduation from a high school in Kansas, financial need, student debt already accrued, academic performance, future goals, and community service. </p><p>This is a three page application, please provide additional information on additional sheets or the back of these forms. </p><p>Please type or print application and mail to Joanna Glaze, 1023 Westover Road, Kansas City, MO 64113-1123.
