<p>Port Stephens Junior / Intermediate Carnival</p><p>We would like to extend an invitation to your association to attend our Junior / Intermediate Carnival that is being held on Sunday 18th July 2010 at Port Stephens Netball Courts (Cnr William Bailey and Port Stephens Streets, Raymond Terrace).</p><p>Attached is a copy of the carnival entry form for any of your teams that may be interested in attending our carnival. Could you please ensure that the entry form is completed for every team wanting to attend the carnival.</p><p>1. Entries are to be forwarded to our Carnival Convenor by 11th July 2010 PSNA P.O.Box 414 Raymond Terrace 2324 OR Email to [email protected] ( & have cheque follow in mail)</p><p>2. Entry fee of $22 per team to be forwarded with the entry forms, paid by one (1) Association cheque.</p><p>3. All teams are to supply a qualified non-playing umpire. All umpires are requested to be correctly attired.</p><p>4. All players must wear their registered club uniform.</p><p>5. Matches will be conducted as per NSWNA carnival rules, no disputes will be entered into.</p><p>6. No injury time will be allowed. Games will start and finish on the hooter and the umpires whistle.</p><p>7. Once a player has played with a team she will not be able to play with another team during the day.</p><p>8. Trophies/medallions will be awarded to the winners in each division. If any team finishes on equal points, goal average will determine the winner.</p><p>9. Teams withdrawing from the carnival after the fixtures have been completed will be liable to a fine of $55.</p><p>10. Each team to supply a scorer. The winning team will be responsible for returning the score sheet to the Clubhouse. 11. Port Stephens Netball Association will not be liable for any injuries during the carnival. </p><p>12. Full canteen facilities and barbecue will be available.</p><p>13.
