<p>How to view an IEP in Infinite Campus</p><p>To locate a student in Infinite Campus, click on the search tab, type in the student’s last name, and then click on the students name to see their information.</p><p>A student with a red flag next to their name is identified as ECE. You can view the student’s IEP within Infinite Campus. Follow this path:</p><p>To view a students IEP – click on the Index tab (to the left) – click on Student Information – click on Special Ed. You will see a new screen. Select the Documents tab at the top of the page. Highlight the most recent IEP and click on the “Open” icon. Answer “OK” to the warning – then the IEP will open – you can scroll through and read it or select the printer to print the IEP.</p><p>Reminders: All information is Confidential – Do not print on a public printer. After viewing the IEP remember to close it and Log Out of Infinite Campus.</p><p>It is each teacher’s responsibility to be aware of student’s special needs and accommodations. Each student’s IEP is different and written to help the student be as successful as possible in the classroom. All accommodations, supplemental aides and services, as well as program modifications must be provided for students with IEPs by all teachers in all areas of instruction.</p><p>If you have any questions, make sure you ask the counselor.</p>
