You can also scan the completed form and send it to us at the e-mail address below.</p><p>Please note that your pension fund and therefore the pension income and cash sum at retirement are dependent on both the contributions paid into the Master Trust and subsequent investment growth or loss. The Trustee of the Master Trust recommends that members take financial advice when making decisions regarding their pension investments. </p><p>The Trustee is not able to offer you financial advice. It is strongly recommended that you seek financial advice to assist you in your decisions. </p><p>When will the investments be changed? We will make the changes to your investment choice at the earliest opportunity after the effective date. If no effective date is given then the change will be made at the earliest opportunity after receipt.</p><p>Provided there are no outstanding investments or disinvestments affecting your unit holdings, we will advise the investment manager of your changes within 3 working days of receiving the completed form. It will then take a further 2 working days for the investment manager to place the deal in the markets.</p><p>If there are outstanding investments or disinvestments, which affect your unit holdings, we will wait until these deals have been completed and then advise the investment manager of your instructions.</p><p>Please note that the prices used will be the prices in effect on the dealing day; these prices are dependent on market conditions and may be higher or lower than current prices.</p><p>What happens next? Once we have received confirmation of the deal(s) from the investment manager, you will be sent a statement confirming your new investments and latest fund value.</p><p>If at any time you have any questions, please contact us.
